Present Simple
The present simple is used to talk about habitual or repeated actions, facts that are always true, permanent situations
I usually get up early.

Have/have got:
Have got is used to speak of possession. Got is a reinforcement of the verb have and has no meaning. Got is never used in short answers.
The form is: sub.+have/has+got+...(affermative)
sub.+have/has+not+got+...(negative)
have/has+sub.+got+...+? (interrogative)
They've got a big house in the mountains
She has not got a cat
Have you got a pen?
Do/does
Do / does are auxiliary verbs and are used to obtain the interrogative form of the simple present of all verbs (except those verbs which are already auxiliary).
Do they go swimming?
In the interrogative sentence introduced by does, the main verb does not take the S in the third person singular.
Does he play soccer?
In all cases where the verb have does not mean to possess, the auxiliaries do / does must be used.
Do you have lunch at Roberta's house?
Ordinary verbs:
I, you, we, they: like, watch, drink, sleep
He, she, it: likes, drinks, sleeps, watches
She always watches the new's in the morning
