Research Objective
The purpose of this research is to educate the rural community with the internet coverage in their own local region.
Scope
This study is done to present a product that may help the rural population in discovering the best or most effective ISP locally.
Problem Statement
Lack of ICT exposure,Lack of proper appliances,management,finances and support services.
Background
Both developed and developing countries went through a rigorous phase of bridging digital divide between the urban and the rural community but
the fissure between its household internet use by the urban population and the rural area is still clearly visible.

Teory/Model Method
The study itself was quantitative in nature, sample were gathered via questionnaire which were model based on past literature and questions research.
"According to Diffusion of Innovation theory by Everett M. Rogers (1995), the rural communities in Malaysia can be considered as ‘late majorities."
Research Scope
This study is done to identify the current situation of the rural areas' involvement with the ICT technology. Furthermore , this research is also to discuss the effectiveness of a specific internet service provider (ISP) locally.
