The app should follow a consistent colour scheme and layout for which the user can easily navigate. An example of a consistent element in the layout is the BSHS logo located at each screen (Effectiveness/Utility)

A help button is used for new users who don't understand the functionality of the app (Learnability)

Customers are allowed to send comments to the staff working about the food which the are having. This includes a change in their food due to allergies, dietary requirements, etc
