occular pain
investigations
WBC count
CT sinus with contrast medium: peri-inflammation or orbital tissue, abscesss and cellulitis
clinical examination; looking for signs e.g proptosis, oedema,erythema
management
incision and drainage in selected patient groups
IV cefotaxime every 4-6 hrs
