Mechanism of Action
It works by narrowing the blood vessels in the nose area, reducing swelling and congestion.
Route of
Administraion
-
1.Shake the bottle gently, then remove the dust cap.
- Hold the bottle as shown with your forefinger and middle finger on either side of the nozzle and your thumb underneath the bottle.
- Before using your BECLATE AQUANASE nasal spray for the first time, or if you have not used it for a period of time, follow the instructions given below.
With the nozzle pointing away from you,press several times as shown until a fine uniform mist comes out of the nozzle.

- Close one nostril and put the nozzle in the other nostril as shown. Tilt your head slightly forward keeping the nozzle in the upright position.
- Start to breathe in through your nose and while breathing in press down your fingers once to release a spray.
- Breathe out through your mouth. Repeat steps 6 and 7 to inhale a second spray.
- Repeat steps 5, 6 and 7 for the other nostril.
- Wipe the nozzle with a clean cloth and replace the dust cap.
Indications
Baclate Aquanase indicated for the treatment of the symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis, including hay fever.

• The presence of untreated fungal, bacterial or viral
infections, tuberculosis, ocular herpes simplex, or

• Pregnancy, since safety has not been established
Side Effects
Less frequent: Nasal candidiasis, pharyngeal

Frequent: Hypersensitivity reactions including rashes, ucticaria, pruritius and erythema.
Less frequent: Hypersensitivity reactions of the eyes, lips and throat, dyspnoea or bronchospasm and Anaphylactoid or anaphylactic reactions

Frequent: Unpleasant taste, unpleasant smell, and headaches.
Less frequent: Dizziness or light-headedness, lethargy.

Less Frequent: Increased intra-ocular pressure, glaucoma, cataract, conjunctivitis, and watery eyes.
Storage

AZEP Nasal spray should be stored at or below 30 °C, and should not be refrigerated.
