we should think about why is this happening and by whom?

dont be jealous of others happiness or success

practice positive affirmations

believe in our selves

Dont play the negative game

learn from the situation

making others realize about their negative behaviour in a +ve way

Dont worry about the things you cant control

dont let the negativity affect you

Be aware of your achievements

appreciate positive thoughts and people

dont doubt yourself or let the negativity sink in

learn to talk/ask the negative people their reason for doing so

dont seek confirmation from the negative people
