He learned Quran with great fondness and attention so became a great reciter and scribe of Holy Quran.

Zayd bin Thabit
The best known amongst the scribes was Zaid bin Thabit who was appointed by Holy Prophet(s)as a scribe after migration to madinahand wrote down the major part of the Quran' and later worked for it's compilation.
Hazrat Zayd concentrated most of his time in acquiring knowledge and particularly in memorizing the Holy Quran.
