Planning a Simulation campaign - Coggle Diagram
Planning a Simulation campaign
Define objective of the sim campaign:
:pencil2:
involve PLM engineer, reharse AOCS ops or what
Define the scenario:
orbit
starting breakpoint: nominal flight control bkp or EOL bkp or specific bkp
special atmosphere or enviroment confitions :
Define the audience/participants:
SVM team
PLM team
IASI SOE
... :silhouettes:
Define System configuration:
How many SC
Involve MPF? FDF? MCS?
On GS2 or GS3 is ok? Or PSR?
forced visibility? orbits?
Content of the Simulation
Day 1:
setup
Day 2:
....
Plann pass by pass: does it fit in 1 day?
Do I have allocated enough time between anomaly identification, ARB and recovery?
Day 3:
...
Are there dates when less people are available? Take that into account
Anomalies
:fire:
Anomaly1
Paper concept
:pencil2:
Start from FDIR available maybe
Forcing an anomaly on 1 single parameter might NOT be realistic! To be realistic you might want to consider nearby parameters.
In example: unless you want to simulate a problem with TM acquisition, just fail a thermistior is not enough. You might want to change a current, a voltage associated, etc...
Surveillance docs
Preparing it at the sim:
triggering it from failure management or preparing a script?
is the anomaly supposed to happen at a specific time? like AOS, mid pass, eclipse, etc...
Testing
it and
validating
it at the sim
Transfer it to other Sims
Anomaly 2
Anomaly 3...
Other anomaly
Don't think only of SC: ground station failure, team member sick, cannot command, UMEC anomaly on top,...
During the execution
Save the Breakpoint every 3h? Every day?
Remember that you might have to
remove the anomaly
at a certain point! Verify that removing the anomaly will NOT cause a reconfiguration! :explode:
Do we use extra tools? Pass by pass plan or other?
Morning Briefing and Debriefig? or daily webex? or only 1 briefing? :checkered_flag:
