stomach acid
after the particles and mucus from the nose, trachea and bronchi reach the throat and then drop into the stomach where pathogens are dissolved in the stomach acid

secondary defences
Your lymphocytes create antibodies which clump together on the pathogen then the phagocyte engulfs the pathogen and it is excreted
things like vaccines help the immune response so when the second exposure comes along more antigens are produced
-
after the first exposure the memory cells are created so the body can produce the correct antibodies for the second exposure
