- - - - Student Management system preventing students from enrolling in online courses: Processes are dependent on other user actions - Registrations, linking, syncing e.t.c. These seem to fail a lot.
        
        If a program does not exist on their system, no enrollment can take place. Will only configure the system at a cost.
        
        No proper training programs, codes e.t.c for the training centres - There is no path or leeway.
        
        Training Centre courses were forced into a NATED and NCV format. This does not work for a Training Centre as programs changes and run at any time period for any amount of time. 1 Day to 3 Years. It can't accommodate this without extra costs.
        
        Their system (server) is overloaded and slow Storage space is small.
        
        Moodle APP is limited to a few students. This is due to them not been certified Moodle partners. The APP is a critical factor in our training environment, as it has been proven to save DATA costs and has the ability to be used offline. The APP ensures a far better experience for the students.

        Managed to bypass Coltech registrations for students. The Moodle APP was then not available for use by those students. They were then forced to only work from a desktop and not their phones. This was the same problem for lecturers

        Plan for creating the same platform for the training centres for all trades. Moodle is the instrument we are looking at to provide the same learning experience. Note all the TVET lecturers nationally taking part. No Umfolozi participation?
