RESPIRATORY
Hypertension can lead to pulmonay hypertension resulting in a complication with oxygen and carbon dioxide gas exchange and respirations.

ENDOCRINE
Factors from the endocrine system itself can cause a rise in blood pressure such as epinephrine and norepinephrine

NERVOUS
Hypertension can create issues within the nervous system such as dementia. This is caused by reduce blood flow to the brain causing impairments in cognition, higher level thinking, and pain.

DIGESTIVE
High blood pressure can cause the digestive system to react poorly. This causes your digestive system to not work as well. It can also increase permability within the stomach causing the stomach to release contents to the body

URINARY
The kidneys receive an immense amount of blood and then filters that blood for it to return to circulation. Hypertension causes the kidneys to work overtime causing it to become scarred. The arteries to the kidneys can also become damaged and weakened causing less blood to get to the kidneys

REPRODUCTIVE
Hypertension can cause a lack of blood flow to the genital area. This can be done because of blood being shunted to more important areas of the body or from a blockage. This causes issues with sexual interrcourse and erectile dysfunction

MUSCULAR SKELETAL
Hypertension can lead to osteoporosis in way of increasing the amount of calcium that is being excreted in urine. As a result, osteoporosis weakened the bones and can put the patient at risk for fractures and brittle bones

INTEGUMENTARY
High blood pressure can cause lesions seen on the skin called psoriasis. This is an inflammatory disease that creates lesions that are red and dry in appearance.
