Display of colors and fluidity also moves to the working areas to create an open and completely away from the familiar rows of cubicles usual in this type of office buildings.

Walls and spaces around elevators each floor offers a sight of each of the 60 brands of IAC company

The IAC skin is composed of 1,450 curtain wall units of which 1,349 are unique in their shape and twisted form which resulting in the curvy glass form.

The building is covered in double-glazed, 12'x5' Glass panels

Made using a sophisticated 3D computer modelling program, originally created for use by the aerospace industry, to develop the design documents. The fabrication, and construction processes including the panel shapes and the positioning of its anchoring system is then rationalized.

A form is made consisting of two levels with 5-storey each: a large base of twisted tower section packed together like cells of a beehive; and a second bundle of lesser diameter. It is divided into five vertical sections at lower levels and three on top

The windows that cover the full height of each plant is transparent, fading to white creating the impression that the building consists of two floors tall, instead of the actual structure of 10 floors.

The waves are fewer and gentler on the north and south façades, and a portion of the eastern façade, which faces more traditionally rectilinear neighbors, is straight.

Circle to north, more sharp-edged and symmetrical.

The form has a changing sheen that follows orientation like a sailing ship.

From south, more blocky looking.

The cell units have appearance of sails skinned out of the building skeleton.

The foldings are also gentle creases rather than razor-sharp pleats due to the slight curves of glass.

The western facade zigzags around an angled structural columns creating five distinct bays, folding up to three extending up to the 10th floor, in a twisted manner

The lit up building at night evokes curiosity as to 'what is inside that building', 'who is inside' and 'who works there in such an irregular shaped building?'

The curvaceous glassy sail-like curves, when viewed from a distant gives the feeling that the building is bracing against the sounds of passing cars on the road.

At night, the building transforms itself into a fish-bowl (metaphorically): lit from within as it becomes transparent and glows orange.

Appears like a crystal beacon, inducing a sense of lightness

From inside the building, the fritted glass creates a pleasant hazy glow, similiar to watching a dream sequence in a movie; an alleviated experience.

From the outside, when the blinds aren't drawn, it creates stripes of white (the frits) and black (clear glass), giving the building a resemblance to a Liquorice Allsort (a type of candy).

A smooth façade and uniform appearance is created at entrance with horizontal fritted-white bands lining the window, and acting as a decorative element to control light inside
