Economic policies
Public projects
Hitler created a program creating large public work, including hospitals, schools, public buildings. Autobahns were also part of this large scale operation.
Overview
Hitler strove for German self-sufficiency, and also promised to rebuild the German economy and turn Germany into an autarky.

Exclusion
Germany claimed full employment by 1939, but Jews were stripped of their jobs. Additionally, women were encouraged to give up jobs for the men.
Labour Front
These replaced trade unions. They ended up almost always following employer wishes rather than the workers.
"Strength through joy"
Rewards for workers after work: evening clases, theatre trips, picknics, free/cheap holidays.
"Beauty of Labour"
Helped Germans see that work was good, encouraged factory owners to treat workers better.

Overview
The Nazis had a concrete view on race. To them, Aryans were superior, and there were certain races that were "Untermensch" (Slavs, Gypsies, homosexuals, disabled, especially Jews)
