The MABS are specifically made to detect for a substance only produced when one is pregnant known as HCG
-
The first place the HCG specific MABS are present they are mobile and run along the test strip bound to the HCG
The HCG bound MABS then connect with other MABS which are immobile and since there are so many MABS connected to each other, it causes a blue line to appear due to the MABS being coloured blue.
