Inclusion issue when stakeholders have dis/ability - difficulty to understand needs
Offline staff - difficulties to cascade messages/have discussions/get feedback (certain delegations have half of staff offline)
F2F communication - first choice to prepare a platform and help staff adopt a new change. Staff can be glad to have HR around in person.
with Covid, skype or email is a good back-up but maybe not sufficient.
staff are diverse, different levels of education and possibly understanding, so need to meet staff at their level.
How do you currently communicate with stakeholders?
start with "how are you" via OCS (skype, teams)
explain topic, have a discussion, leads to mutual agreement.
last, send official message confirming.
via Phone (Lync or Teams) -- but do not have record, which is where OCS can be useful (efficient, rapid). Email completes the agreement/confirmation
starting with OCS/phone sets the tone

Depends on type of communication - take into consideration offline staff

Face to face interactions even during Covid (depending on delegation)
able to have a more holistic two-way feedback
