Practice LOVE (love what you do and show love to those around you, it will affect how you lead)
Practice Energy (have that fire to portray to others what is needed)
Practice Audacity (leaders have to step up and do what is needed to break barriers and change the norm for the better)
Practice Proof (follow through with their word, and do what you say you are going to do. )
Listen purposefully
Show intrest in other classrooms
Collaboration: Share resources with colleagues, for the benefit of all students
Trust the process and your heart, know you are enough and the best educator for your students
