Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) provides internationally-recognized, English qualifications. With more than 10,000 participating schools in more than 160 countries, its research in education is extensive and rigorous. The organization aims to establish a "global standard for international education" and shape curriculums around a student's needs.

International Baccalaureate (IB) programs were developed through pedagogical research and its commitment to transcultural awareness. These programs have shown to be effective across different cultural and national boundaries.

Schools provide IB frameworks to support their students while they complete their diplomas

Schools have curriculums and specific programs or courses to help students pass the examination

IB programs do not have a set of textbooks or materials but CIE has a list of recommended books and readings in preparation for their assessments
