Are you good at noticing and handling your emotions?
User text box
Okay. It's really important to notice and refrain from pushing down your emotions.
For example, you might think you shouldn't get angry at little things. So you decide to go through a day with tons of annoying things happening to you and you suppress all of your anger and push it down
Eventually you'll stop noticing when you're a little angry. Then when something small happens your anger will explode! Because you bottled up your emotions and pushed it down.
