Fronts
-
Warm Fronts are when less dense, warmer air moves towards colder, dense air.
A weather front, however, is a boundary between the air masses.
Stationary and Occluded Fronts sometimes an approaching front will stail for several days with warm air one one of it and cold air on the other side.
Pressure Systems
There are two types of weather systems one is known as high-pressure systems and the other one is known as low-pressure systems.
low-pressure systems is a large body of circulating aire with low pressure at its center an higher pressure outside of the system.
high-pressure systems are large body of circulating air with high pressure at its center and lower pressure out- side of the system.
Severe Weather
The severe weathers can be known as thunderstorms, tornadoes, hurricanes, and blizzards, are called sever weather.
To help keep people safe, U.S National Weather Service issues and watches when the weather may occur an example can be with hurricanes since they can predict them and when they will impact.

Air Masses
Air masses are the large bodies of air that have uniform temperature, humidity, and pressure.
There are five types of air mases which are Arctic Air masses, Cpolar, Mpolar,Ctropical, ans Mtropical

Vocabulary
Blizzards:"A blizzard is a snowstorm that has winds of 35 mph or more, with snow reducing visibilities to 1/4 mile or less for at least three hours."
hurricanes:"A hurricane is a type of storm called a tropical cyclone, which forms over tropical or subtropical waters. ... Those with maximum sustained winds of 39 mph or higher are called tropical storms. When a storm's maximum sustained winds reach 74 mph, it is called a hurricane."
tornadoes:"A tornado is a violent rotating column of air extending from a thunderstorm to the ground. The most violent tornadoes are capable of tremendous destruction with wind speeds of up to 300 mph. They can destroy large buildings, uproot trees and hurl vehicles hundreds of yards. They can also drive straw into trees."
