Why England? They have all the factor of production. Large population, natural resources, strong economy, stable government, colonies and trade.
Coal mining helps steam engines that need coal, they power factories and speed up production. It will become the main source of the Industrial Revolution.
High Demand= need to speed up process
Land: resources raw materials, to make goods.
Labor: large population to be workers.
Capital: money to invest in business, developed banks, etc.

Rotation system, changing animals from field to field so soil grows faster
