set of qualities and characteristics that present perceptions of your competence and character as judged by both influencers and peers
professional image is the image that one project about themselves based upon appearance and reputation.

consist of our personal appearance with regard to clothing, grooming, manners and etiquette, personal behaviour and communication effectiveness.
