Me at Work
While I am at work, I aim to get as much done in a day that I can. At the beginning of the day I assess what tasks and jobs need to get done and then break those down into an achievable to-do list. The only times that I am not moving around is when eating lunch or taking a break.
The job I have now has really shown me a lot of what I value in a position. Everyone at the company has input as to what goes on and how to improve what we do and the processes that are being created. There are only 4 of us, but everyone gets along really well and helps create a healthy and fun environment that I value greatly.
ISFP personality
I took a career personality test that resulted in the ISFP personality type. In the results, it gave suggestion for careers that I would be "fit" for doing. It suggested things like photography and graphic design, which are both things that I would like to do and search for when finding a career that best suits me. I am a creative person, but I do not feel that I do my best work when working on a team. I like having my own creative freedom when working and laying out my own schedule for a day of work.
Honesty and integrity are really important to me. When taking photos or making designs, having it be of my own honest work is super important to me since stealing others' work is wrong and unjust.

Long Term Goals
Once I have a steady salary, I plan to contribute a lot more to my retirement fund than I would be currently. The big plan is to be able to contribute enough that it does not effect my ability to live comfortably at the time, but also have enough going in that I can also live comfortably into retirement.
In the long term I would also be saving to make a down payment on a nice house and car. Another thing that I would like to have in the long run, is my own studio to be able to do contract work for different companies.
The average salary for a photo studio manager is about $65k. I don't plan on making a lot from my career, but I plan to enjoy what I do.
Life-Long Learner
After I graduate, I plan to stick with my screen printing job for another year or so while practicing and building my photography portfolio. I feel like I never had enough time to do this while I am in school.
A position that seems to be popular right now for what I want to do, is for clothing and fashion wear items.
With the ever expanding online shopping industry, I can see there always being a need for product photographers, whether it be working from home or in a studio on site.
I don't believe that another degree would help me out very much, other than give me more photography experience opportunities. Given how much I struggle during my time here, I am not to keen on the idea I having to do even more schooling.
My ultimate career plan would be to continuously gain experience in the field and perfect my skill set, learning from the others around me along the way.
