if the stomach lacks intrinsic factor, it can cause pernicious anemia where the stomach cannot absorb adequate amount of vitamin B12.

anemia can cause decrease muscular strength as a result of low oxygen levels to the muscle tissues. This can also cause things such as tremors and muscle fatigue
