Instructions
1) Cut the onion and fresh tomatoes into chunks and put it into the blender along with garlic, jeera powder, coriander powder, tomato puree, malt vinegar, green chili and brown sugar.

3.Heat a pan with olive oil, and the pureed mix into the pan.

5)Cook until it reduces to a salsa like consistency, season with salt and black pepper and fresh coriander.

7.Add the rice, chickpeas, macaroni and masoor dal to the sauce with a dash of olive oil. Mix it well till everything is coated nicely.

Supermilk Milkshake

Instructions
- Put 1 cup of low-fat milk in a blender.
- Chop the fruits into small pieces
- Add the Chopped fruits to the blender.
- Add 2 big Scoops of your favorite flavor of ice-cream
- Add 0.5 spoon of sugar to the mix
- Blend them together for 1 minute
- Pour the mixture in a large mug
- Sprinkle some nuts on top of the mixture
- Enjoy your Supermilk Milkshake

6 hard-boiled large eggs, cut in half or quartered
3 slices deli turkey, cut into thin strips
3 slices deli ham, cut into thin strips

4 fresh baby carrots, sliced
4 radishes, thinly sliced

Instructions

2.Mix the yogurt, salt, pepper, honey and vinegar and blend well together.

4.When ready to serve, mix the vegetables and the dressing together.
5.This has to be done at the last minute, as the vegetables combined with the salt tend to shed their juices and thus become limp and soggy if kept too long.
