Active and Passive Voice: In active voice, the subject performing the action comes before the verb. The direct object follows the verb.

Voice: is a writer’s unique use of language that allows a reader to “hear” a human personality in the writer’s work.
Tone: is the writer’s attitude toward his or her subject. A writer communicates tone through choice of words and details.
message: is the central idea of the work, or what the author is trying to communicate to the audience.
