-knows the resposibilities and missions
-respect human rights
Should develop him/herself in terms of body, mind, morality, spirit and emotion
By developing their Interests, aptitudes and abilities to provide the necessary knowledge, skills, attitudes and habits along with business vision to prepare them for life and make them happy and contribute to the happiness of the society
The main aim is increasing the welfare and happiness of the Turkish society

Generality and equality
Educational institutions are open to everyone regardless of language, race, gender, disability and religion.
Individual and community needs
The national education service is based on the needs and abilities of Turkish citizens
Orientation
During their education, individuals attend various programs in line with their interests and abilities
Right to education
It is the right of every Turkish citizen to receive primary education.
Equality of opportunity
Equality of opportunity is provided to everyone, both men and women in education.
Continuity
It is essential that the general and vocational education of individuals continue throughout their life
Atatürk Revolution and Principles and Atatürk Nationalism
In the preparation and implementation of the curriculum for all degrees and types of our education system Ataturk's revolution and principles and Ataturk's nationalism, which has found expression in the Constitution, are taken as the basis in their activities.
