The energy can´t actually be created or destroyed, it is just the result of some transformations.

Renewable energy is collected from renewable resources. A source of energy is considered renewable if it comes from natural sources or processes that are constantly replenished.
Examples are solar (from the sun), wind, water, geothermal (from the earth) and biomass (from organic materials).
Non-renewable energy cannot naturally replenish. This means that non-renewable resources are limited in supply and cannot be used sustainably.
There are four major types of nonrenewable resources: oil, natural gas, coal, and nuclear energy.
