Excess glucose will be excreted in urine, if high concentration of glucose found, this indicates diabetes insipidus
SPECIFIC GRAVITY

SG close 1.001- dilute, excessive hydration, diabetes insipidus, ATN
SG close 1.035- dehydration, syndrome of inappropiate ADH, CHF, Cirrhosis, Glycosuria, Proteinuria and recent IV contrast

Colour changed could caused by food, drugs, presence of blood, protein, medications or indication of infection

2) If there are no bacteria - indicates itis (inflammatory response) such as inflammatory of nephron, kidney ureter, bladder and urethra
BILIRUBIN + UROBILINOGEN
Heme (break down) => unconjugated bilirubin (water insoluble, in blood) => liver => conjugated bilirubin (water soluble, intestines) => urobilinogen => [ Intestine: Stercobilin => feaces // Liver, bloodstream: urobilinogen => urobilin=> urine]
