Sheets
Sheets is stored and shared through google drive. Making it easily accessible not only to one student, but to any student using it.
Sheets not only organizes data for students and depicts it for them, it also allows students to create things. Whether it's drawings or mini models, sheets basically allows students to turn their findings or ideas into something they can visualize.
Sheets connects to more than just drive. You can integrate data from forms into a sheets spreadsheet, or take a graph made on sheets and paste it in a slide or a doc.
You can also use it to create QR codes. This can then be used for attendance or other projects making teachers and students jobs easier.
DOC
Docs also has many tools to save yourself the trouble of multiple visits to the “Tools” section and check the box to “Display word count while typing,”
Doc allow you to include drawing pictures and other visual pieces Under “Insert,” scroll down to “Drawing” and hit “New.” Hover over the “Line” menu and choose “Scribble,” which gives you a blank box to write your signature. It might not be your very best handwriting—especially if you’re using a mouse rather than a touchscreen
docs also are good for working in a group or working as a teacher because You can access previous versions of your Google Doc by going to “File,” “Version history,” and “See version history.” There, you can expand any earlier draft to see the specific edits highlighted in the Doc—as well as when they were made and who made them, which is especially useful if more than one person is editing.
Drive acts as the central storage to save and organize your various Google: documents, slides, sheets, and forms. This system operates on a cloud-based system that allows you to easily manage your work without having to download it to your computer.
Google Drive is a great tool to use as a teacher due to it's convenience and it easy to learn nature. Having the ability to reach all of your materials from one location is undoubtedly an advantage that teachers (as well as students) have the ability to use in their everyday lives.
