        Reality: distortion between ideologies (Socialism/Communism) and the status quo
        
        Hally: Absorbs all the things the teachers said with no critical thinking, Says ignorant things with arrogancy.
        
        Education under aparthied and Education that is deeply rooted in white supremacy create internal conflict and students may deal with the conflict differently. (Oblivion, White saviorism)
    - - Premise: Aparthied/White Supremacy/Racism
        
        Ideal/Nature: We feel the need to connect to others as human being/ We want to be empathized.
        
        Reality: We suppress our feelings, failed to connect may turn into anger/hatred. We suffer from the conflict between our human nature and social construct.
    - - Dad
        
        Jokes and his behaviors show no empathy but superiority.
        
        Hally subconsciously picking up his dad's bahaviors
        
        His superiority stops his empathy for Sam because Sam's emotions don't have equal rights.
        
        Power dynamics result in Dad's love and damage have more values and the damage is minimized and excused by the victims.

        Premise/mentality of his dad is above him. He is doing everything for his dad.
        
        ideal : His dad loves him back and actually have a father-son bond
        
        Reality : lack of love pushes him to do something extreme to cope with the discrepancy between ideal and reality.
