Curriculum
Curriculum is planned and unplanned sum of courses in which whole content must be realized for students to pass a certain level of education and which is created by educational professionals by contributing philosophical, social and administrative choices through planning of educational program. Curriculum is a base for learning outcomes.

Syllabus
Syllabus is contract between students and teachers as lists of topics belonged to courses as a part of curriculum by setting contents, subjects, strategies and evolutionary means to set certain materials and behaviors to be learnt by students who search answers to questions related to courses. Syllabus is a unit of curriculum. As the curriculum defines the objectives, the syllabus describes the means to achieve objectives.

Teaching Program
Teaching program is organized and planned activities for acquiring certain goals of what and how is to be learned through contents and learning outcomes. Curriculum goals lead to objectives as they are target accomplishments of learner groups.

Learning outcomes are measurable achievements reflecting purposes to acquire knowledge, skills and expertise through learning activities and used for assessment and evaluation.
