        If you answered No Please Make sure you discuss the issues with Parents and School Counselor before assuming they are Special Needs. There can be other factors taking place at home or at school that are causing this outburst. :explode:

        If you are concerned about something that the student is saying talk to the Principal or make a report immediately if abuse is suspected. :!!:
    - - Japanese Culture tries to avoid diagnoses. This plays in the culture of shame and honor (Kanan).
        
        Even if it may seem obvious they won't want it diagnose. Some parents will try their best. Other will refuse to see it.
      - What Approaches Can Be Changed? More Visual Aides, Physical Objects, Detailed Notes, Detailed Instructions, More Animated Movements
      - Referral If possible talk to school counselor and Parents.

        What can YOU implement in your classroom that will make this student's life easier?
        
        Easier Entrance into the Classroom. Peer Notetaker. Video Notes with Examples read aloud. Many more various implementations that can help your student succeed. But research must be done by the Teacher at our school. Parents may ask Doctors advice, and advise the teacher about what they say.
        
        In worse case scenarios :warning: where our school believes they can not handle the issue. Or the teacher is really struggling they will refer the students to another school that could possibly help them with the students' needs. :pen: This is to ensure they have the best opportunity to succeed.

        Our school has an interview process. If we think the student is not the best fit, they will be turned away. Students themselves will be interviewed. I do remember when I was in high school a student I knew was referred to a different school and was not accepted to our after the interview.
