The National LGBTQ+ Workers Center is an established organization that is still currently fighting against discrimination of LGBTQ+ people.
I will be using this source to show how LGBTQ+ people have to not disclose certain information on their applications, as well as the different in wages between LGBTQ+ people and non-LGBTQ+ people.
