electricity: is a form of energy that lets negatively charged particeles (electrons) move from one atom to another .
electricity current : is the flow of eletrons form one atom to another inside a conductive material
Conductor: a material that lets electric current flow through it.
Insulator:a material that does not let electric current flow through it
Electric circuits. Components:An electric circuit is a series of interconnected components that an electric current flows through to produce an effect (like light, heat, sound or motion)
Power sources: Components that supply the necessary electrical energy to the rest of the circuit in order to move electrons.
Load devices:Components that receive the electrical energy form the power sources and convert it to other types of useful energy
Conductors:Components that transport the electrical energy from the power sources to the load devices.
Control devices:Devices that regulate the circuit
Cnductors and insulators:
Conductors:Gold, silver, aluminium, copper, etc...
Insulators:Wood, cardboard, plastic, etc...
CIRCUITS
Components of a circuit:Cell, battery, Lamp, Motor, Buzzer, Resistor, Wire, One-way switch, push switch, two-way switch.
types of circuits
parallel circuits
series circuits
