In order for people to vote, they should be able to consult all the reliable information.
Civic education is basic for people to understand and blend with their surroundings, always remembering their obligations.
The way of learning is constantly changing, so the way of informing and/or teaching should evolve with people, this way apprehension will be easier and put on play by people.
Values

They vary between communities and groups, but there should always be a common basic engagement.
Sharing them on Internet may be hard because of the scope it has. It has also been seen that in forums, organizations or movements, they are different tendencies of values. Although the group shares an idea.
Altough values are not the same for everyone, some values are constantly reflected online. A few of them are sharing, linking and networking.
Trust
It is essential for democray, and it is necessary in society so life can be satisfactory.
In order for for it to be "prudent", trust should come with a degree of criticism,
The agents of trust are citizens, ant he object of trust are the institutions or the governors.
Network culture is a clear exapmple of civic trust. We extend this trust to unkown people online, this is called "democratic capital" and makes collective civic efforts easier.

Practices
Democracy equals practices. These ones can be held individually, in group or collective ways, for diverse situations.
They need specific abilities, some of them communicative.
In order for democracy to happen, they are some requirements that need to be accomplished. Education and objective opinion, are some of the main characteristics that should be present.
Voting is not participating, there are other activities such as meetings that can be considered part of civic practices.
Practices need to evolve for them not to stall. Internet has provided this growth and has also encouraged young people to get involved in civic activities.
Identities
Can be defined as self perception. Nowadays, we have a lot of them and they can vary according to the situation that we are living.
They are also compossed by a sense of belonging to a community and having affinity with people that think similar to us.
Recognition and dignity are basic in this concept, and they empower people to participate in democracy.
Can be shared by a whole generation, this does not mean they have a right perception of something.
Should cover dimensions like knowldege, practice, values and trust. Identity is putting all of them together.
