Build a framework.
FLAT ROOF INSULATION WORK
CHARACTERISTIC OF INSULATION LAYER
Weight of the insulation
Easy handling and processing
Pressure stability
Incline components
Thickness of the insulation
Favorable environmental properties
Thermal conductivity
NEOPOR
The small black beads containing a blowing agent
It expandable are composed of polystyrene granular referred to as EPS
INSULATION LAYER
Save energy
Reduce CO2 emissions
Cools in summer
Protect against structural damage
Warm in winter
FLAT ROOF INSULATION WORK PROCESS
Followed by the inclined insulation boards.
The ceiling membranes then installed boards.
The NEOPOR insulation boards can then be laid directly on top.
Solid concrete slabs are then installed in areas that will later be accessible.
The substrate is dried where necessary.
Covered with a plant substrate.
FLAT ROOF SYSTEM
Incline components
Roofing membranes
Insulation boards
Drainage layer
Vapor barrier
Plant substrate
Concrete ceiling
Greening
BENEFITS OF THE INSULATION WITH NEOPOR
High stability
Lightweight
Outstanding insulation properties
