When the acceleration is changing, it's a curved line
When the acceleration is constant, the line is straight
For not moving, the graph has to be straight with either 0 distance in a certain amount of time or 0 velocity over a certain time will mean it never moves.
When the object is not moving, the position is not changing.

The difference: velocity is the change in position over change in time while acceleration is the change in velocity over a period of time.
When an object accelerates it must change its velocity, might only change direction, might only speed up, or might only slow down.
