TECHNICAL SUPPORT TEAM :silhouettes:
If you have a problem with your computer, need new software or hardware, you can contact IT support.
On Site Support (OSS)
IT technicians are physically present at the OSS to help you.
Open from 9am to 6pm (Covid hours).
Help Desk (HD)
The HD includes the technicians of the online support team available by telephone from 7am to 8pm.

ServiceNow (SNOW)
If you have a request/demand or a problem with one of your software or hardware you can also create a SERVICENOW ticket.

HR TOOLS
Your HR tools are available in your favourites in the "HR" folder in EDGE.
If you have an HR question, don't hesitate to contact your HR manager.

You will be able to register for training courses in purchasing, finance, languages, marketing, etc.
