        Improving writing skills. By reading a biography, children are exposed to expository writing. For example, to write a biography, one must investigate an idea, evaluate evidence, expound on the idea, and set forth an argument concerning that idea in a clear and concise manner just like expository writing. The teacher can use it as an example to develop students writing skills.
      - Aesthetic value
        
        Text is a blueprint. Children can learn from Mahatma Gandhi to practice non-violence in their life as fighting with violence only make things worse. For instance, Gandhi practiced non-violence and tried to resist all opposition spiritually. He successfully resisted the British injustice, aggression, oppression using his non-violence. Ultimately he succeeded in winning independence from the British. It may become a blueprint for them on how they can lead their lives.
      - Personal value
        
        Inspiration. By reading Mahatma Gandhi's biography, children will be inspired by his actions. For example, Gandhi's simplicity is one quality that children can learn and take for inspiration. He won the hearts of citizens and followers with his simplicity. No unnecessary publicity, no glamour, no money play just mutual respect. In spite of being in a position of power he was humble and kind.
- - - - High-spirited. Reading Malala's autobiography will encourage students to study hard and be educated. Instead of that, people will respect educated people with full of honor.
    - - The use of simple vocabulary and imaginative elements which is easy for pupils especially the early reader to understand and encourage them to read book. For example, the book begins with the line "Do you believe in magic?" Yousafzai tells the reader about a television show about a boy with a magic pencil. Yousafzai says that if she had one, she would use her magic pencil for minor things such as to "stop time" in order to get more sleep or to create a football for her brothers. As she grows older, Yousafzai begins to wish that she had a magic pencil for more serious issues, such as to bring about peace
