        Objectives:
        Teachers will identify how to use Google Classroom to enhance their productivity.
        Teachers will discover how to embed digital tools in Google Classroom.
        Teachers will reflect on Google Classroom tools from this session using a Google Form: 3-2-1.
        
        Performance Tasks:
        
        Teachers can be put into student view in a Google classroom to see the effectiveness of their communication.
        
        Teachers use a Google Classroom created by the coaches to explore how to create different assignments and schedule when they become available to students.
        
        Other Evidence:
        
        Teachers can add additional instructors into their Google Classrooms for additional feedback such as the tech coach or principal.
        
        Teachers should be able to integrate other platforms into their Google Classroom for communication with students as well as parents such as email or Class Dojo.
        
        Learning Plan:
        
        Coach-led demonstration of how to set up a Google Classroom, how teachers can schedule assignments, and how to use communication features to communicate with students and parents effectively
        
        The coach will model the process of setting up an assignment and setting a time that it will launch for students to access. The coach will demonstrate how to use that feature along with creating an announcement within Google Classroom about the assignment, the goals of the assignment, and when it is due to establish communication goals for the teachers.
        
        Learning Activities:
        
        Small Groups work on how to create different assignments for using Google applications.
        
        Role-play based activities where other groups provide feedback on their peers assignments in Google Classroom based on the effectiveness of the application used and the function of grading of the assignments.

        How can you customize using different applications to meet student needs and provide accurate assessments?
        
        Objectives:
        Teachers will evaluate their own created Google Classrooms using a Success Criteria Checklist.
        Teachers will assess each other's Google Classroom by using a Google Form: Peer Feedback Form.
        Teachers will apply digital tools through Google Classroom and reflect/analyze how it enhances their productivity using an exit ticket through a Google Form.
        
        Performance Tasks:
        
        Teachers can create different assignments within Google Classroom and use features such as auto-grading and using the assignment review feature.
        
        Teachers can learn how to use different applications within Google Classrooms to create assignments as well as the uses and benefits of different Google applications.
        
        Other Evidence:
        
        Teachers can add additional instructors into their Google Classrooms for additional feedback on the effectiveness of assignments and format, such as the tech coach or principal.
        
        Teachers should begin to integrate other forms of assignments from other platforms the school uses such as TeacherMade, Galileo, and Flipgrid.
        
        Learning Plan:
        
        Coach-led demonstration of how to set up a Google Classroom and different applications teachers can use within it.
        
        The coach will model how to effectively use specific types of applications to create auto-grading assignments and interactive assignments that can be reviewed by the instructor.
        
        Learning Activities:
        
        Teachers will individually create their own Google Classroom based off the needs of their classroom, practice enrolling "students" from members of the coaching session.
        
        Teachers will practice the model that the coach provided and use a set assignment, schedule when the item will launch, and create an announcement regarding the assignment. The "students" will then assess the effectiveness of the communication and check to make sure that the assignment has launched properly.
        
        Assessment Evidence
        
        Teachers will create 3 different types of assignments for students using google classroom. These assignments should include at least 2 auto-grading assignment: 1 teacher-created assignment and one from an outside platform. The teacher will decide what programs will be the most efficient for the task they want the student to achieve and describe what the student's goal within the assignment is.

        How is the coaches' demo classroom helpful towards developing your own Google Classroom?
        
        Objectives:
        Teachers will practice using digital tools in a demo classroom started by the coaches.
        Teachers will apply the coaches' instruction from the previous session to make their own Google Classroom through individualized workshops.
        Teachers will recognize or predict any questions they will have or might have with Google Classroom to enhance their productivity using Jamboard: Parking Lot.
        
        Performance Taks:
        
        Teachers can create assignments for students using different types of digital tools within Google Classroom using a demo Classroom.
        
        Teachers will begin to create their own Google Classroom based on their needs and productivity goals.
        
        Other Evidence:
        
        Peer to peer collaboration between teachers to assist each other in the process.
        
        Teachers making use of their access to a library of resources with videos that address the creation/modification of a Google Classroom and its content.
        
        Learning Plan:
        
        Teacher driven workshops of how to setup a Google Classroom with practicing how to embed multiple digital tools.
        
        The coach will model peer-to-peer feedback using a Google Forms that the teachers will complete on each other.
        
        Learning Activities:
        
        Teachers will participate in small learning centers on different components of Google Classroom. There will be stations setup where teachers can collaborate with each other and get more guidance from the coaches.
        
        Teachers will get to look over each other's Google Classroom and fill out a Peer-Feedback Google Forms.
