- Accept the situation and the now, observe your feelings and thoughts
- Withdraw myself from the situation and observe my feelings and thoughs
- Act and change the situation -how and what?
Have inner piece, joy and lightness
Always enjoy what I am doing at the moment, otherwise I will create inner resistance - focus on 1 thing at a time, no multitasking
