Right to Education
Education is the right of every individual. It is the right of the citizens to have an education without any problems after the primary education stage and the state should provide this.

Girls and boys are educated in the same place in schools. Some distinctions may be made when necessary. (İmam Hatip Okulları)
Continuity
Education is a lifelong process. The education of individuals should be assured from the beginning of their education life to adulthood. It is the duty of the state to maintain these abilities throughout their life, as well as to provide professional acquisitions.
Being Scientific
Since the world of science is constantly evolving, education must also keep up with these changes. Schools should be equipped and enriched in these respects to increase efficiency in education.
Needs of Individuals and Society
Since the principles are listed under the title of National Education Service, education should be organized and implemented according to the needs of citizens and society. The capabilities of the citizens should be taken into consideration, the social structure should be examined and the needs of the society should be met.
Education Campuses and Cooperation between the School and the Family
A campus is created with the coexistence of more than one educational institution. Campuses are equipped in terms of social and education, and many opportunities are offered to individuals. Families can also contribute to developments by supporting educational institutions. However, parents cannot be forced to pay any fees. Collaboration with parents is of great importance for students to study in a healthy environment.

Planning
Qualified personnel should be trained in line with social and cultural goals. In this way, the development of the country is provided. In this direction, necessary trainings should be planned and necessary institutions should be established. Vocational high schools are institutions that serve this field.

Throughout their education life, individuals are placed in schools according to certain criteria and conditions. The smooth provision of these orientations is provided by the regulations made by the state. Necessary classes can be prepared according to the needs of schools and guidance services can be provided to schools to apply correct orientation.
Specific Goals
The specific objectives of the institutions are determined on the basis of general goals and basic principles.
