Bacteria- a multicelluar microorganism
that can be found almost everywhere on
earth
can live realitivly long without a host
Many bacteria are good for humans however
some cause disease
Typicaly communicable
some bacteria dont even need a host
Common infections caused by bacteria
strep throat
food poisoning
staph inection
Treated with antibiotics
Viruses
Not considered living things although they have genetic informaton like living things do.
can survive but not reproduce on it's own.
infects a living cell and then takes its nutrients to reproduce
Virus Examples
AID's (auto immune disorder)
rihnovirus (the common cold).

Covid-19
there is no cure to a virus just things that can lessen symptoms and hope to protect from getting it tin the first place.
Parasites
live in or one the tissue of a living thing
usually a type of worm

malaria
tape worm
strongyloidiasis
trichnosis.
Fungi
mold is a fungi
Some kinds of fungi are helpful like mushrooms or the ones found in cheeses.
cannot make their own foodmust grow or feed off of a host or organic matter.

a symptom of a fungal infection is ceaseless or eartic ithching.
like to grow in dark,moist,and warm places
