Be aware of the goals of the class
Understanding students speaking fluency
Using varieties of materials, tools, and tasks. Example: Audacity, Skype, Zoom, etc.

Help the students learn faster
Encourages spontaniety
Give students confidence in their ability to be understood
Can be controlled for the specific group of students
Asynchronous
Encourages improvement of confidence, preparation, repetition, and re-recording
Help the students to have flexibility in preparing what they in class
Reflection: What I've Learned
Both synchronous and asynchronous meeting have their own strong point. Before deciding which one that should be used, I should look the three principles first so that the activity that I designed can work effectively.
