Why: Due to a bomb kensuke's ship blew up
What: 1. All Japanese men are sent off to war and only a few return; ships are sunk, and many citizens lose their lives.
A bomb is set off over Nagasaki and those who were not evacuated earlier all died. Almost the entire population of Nagasaki was wiped out entirely, in such a short amount of time.
Where: Japan, Island, Ship, Medical center, Nagasaki.
Who: Kensuke, Soldiers, Commander, Nurses, Enemies, Citizens, Japanese navy.
How: They sent soldiers by ship to attack Nagasaki's troops, and dropped a bomb over Nagasaki.
When: September 1, 1939 – September 2, 1945
Description: The bomb was as if a volcano had erupted. He tried to find land but he could not but when he eventually did he found land in which he started living on.
Chronological order: He went to fight, he heard the radio, his ship blew up
Emotions: Scared, delighted, anxious, Determined.
Past tense : Felt, Sunk, were sent off, hit, attacked, injured, harmed, fled, cured, died, invaded.
Facts: Kensuke was a doctor for the japanese army.
Though after the attack on his ship, all his patients were surely dead.
Opinions : Kensuke thought he was going to die, he thought he would not find land, he was sailing for few hours but he though it was many days.
Details: The bomb was mentioned on the radio, Kensuke worked in the medical center.
