Set the table
Decide what you want, write down clearly your goals and objectives
Activity: Take a sheet of paper, now and write down 5 goals you want to achieve in this year. Write your goals as the year has already passed and now they are a reality. Go back to the list and select one goal if you achieve has the greatest positive impact on your life.

To do: Continuously ask yourself "Which one project or activity , if i did it in excellent and timely fashion, would have the greatest positive impact on my life?"
- Practice the ABCDE method continuously
This method helps you improve your concentration. List down the tasks as per priority as A, B,C,D,E . Complete the high priority task with all resources first
- Focus on Key result areas
To do: Identify the key result area of your work. what are they? Write down where you have to achieve key results to do your job in excellent fashion

Ask yourself, What kind of a person works in an environment like that? Cleaner, neater your work enviornment, the more positive, productive and confident you feel.
What are the key skills that can help you the most to achieve better and faster results? Note down, align with goals and begin developing and increasing your ability in those areas
- Leverage your special talents
What am I really good at? What do I enjoy the most about my work? What has been most responsible for my success in the past? If I could do any job at all, what job would it be?
- Identify your key constraints
If goal is so important, what is it in me that is holding me back? write answers, take action, get started

Learn to work without supervision. Only 2% people can do it and become achievers. they are called leaders
Write down every step of major project. Then determine how many minutes, hours you will require to complete each phase. Organize daily and weekly calendars accordingly

Procrastinate lower value activities. keep the less uglier frogs for later. Eat the ugliest frog first.
