Behaviour Managment
I have learnt about the importance of managing behaviour, as it is key to the success of a lesson. If the behaviour breaks down in a lesson, the children will not learn effectively. Effective classroom management is also as important as managing behaviour, ensuring all resources are accessible to chn and reduce time where possible preparing as much before the chn come into the class to ensure maximum teaching time. I continually maintain high expectations and routines and highlight any positive behaviour to encourage those not meeting expectations.
