  - - - 1st pharyngeal arch cartilage = Meckel cartilage
        
        dorsal part พัฒนาเป็น malleus and incus
        
        middle part of the cartilage regresses ;
        แต่ perichondrium ฟอร์มเป็น anterior ligament of malleus กับ sphenomandibular ligament
        
        ventral parts เป็น primordium of the mandible
    - - 2nd pharyngeal arch cartilage = Reichert cartilage
        
        dorsal part กลายเป็น stapes + styloid process of the temporal bone
        
        part of cartilage between the styloid process and hyoid bone regresses;
        แต่ส่วน perichondrium ฟอร์มเป็น stylohyoid ligament
        
        ventral end ฟอร์มเป็น lesser horn & superior part of the body of the hyoid bone
    - - 3rd pharyngeal arch cartilage พัฒนาเป็น greater horn + inferior part of the body of the hyoid bone
    - - 4th & 6th pharyngeal arch cartilages พัฒนาเป็น
        laryngeal cartilages (ยกเว้น Epiglottis)

        การฟอร์มของ Epiglottis
        มีการพัฒนามาจาก mesenchymeใน hypopharyngeal eminence -
        ซึ่งมาจาก 3rd & 4th pharyngeal arches ในช่วง week 5
  - - - Maxillary artery
    - - Hyoid & stapedial artery
    - - Common carotid & internal carotid artery
    - - Left : part of arch of aorta
        Right : proximal right subclavian artery
    - - Left : left pulmonary artery & ductus arteriosus
        Right : right pulmonary artery
- - - - ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาของ mandible
      - Micrognathia(Mandible hypoplasia:Mandible หดสั้น)
      - Glossoptosis(posteriorly placed tongue)
      - Respiratory distress(จากลิ้นบัง larynx)
    - - เกิดจาก mutation ของ TCOF1 gene ทำให้โปรตีน treacle ผิดปกติ การ differentiation ของ NCC ไปเป็น facial cartilage,bone ผิดปกติ
