Resolution
They still have abnormal activities in the house. Such as there are pots and pans falling. Also, noises like dogs barking and children running and weeping. Their solution to this problem was leaving the box outside, taking it in the morning for paranormal investigation but, once they looked for it in the morning the box was gone nowhere to be found.
Plot
Beginning: The three are on a road trip to spend the summer together. Due to work and school, the family hasn't seen each other in a while. The reader gets an introduction to Jasmine, her Mom, and her Dad. The three hear a weird noise and decide to check it out.
Mid: The family checks the trunk to see what is going on and the father goes underneath the car to see if there is a problem with the car. Jasmine and her Mom notice a box with a wood coating and a sinister noise coming out of it. Jasmine being scared it might be an animal or something she tries to open the box by pulling on the latch to no avail. The family decides its best to keep the box until they get home.
Ending: The family decided it was best to keep the box at home to try and break the box open. At that point, lights started flickering, the ceiling fan fell, and pots and pans dropped. The group knew it was the box causing all of this but, how? They decided the next morning they will give the box to a paranormal team. At night though the weird sounds got louder and louder. Jasmine and her parents were terrified of it. Jasmine took the executive decision to just leave the box outside for the night. As the family slept soundly the sun rose again. While her parents were eating Jasmine looked outside for the box and noticed it was gone. No one reported seeing the box or it getting stolen. It was almost like it vanished out of thin air.
Setting
The story takes place in a car with a family of three. Also in the house before and after the road trip.
This story takes place in modern times so, about 2019.
Conflict
The problem is that there is a weird noise coming from the trunk once they open it they notice it's a weird box that is making the noise, with no way to open it they leave it shut until they get home.
The characters attempt to solve this problem by breaking open the box on the side of the road but, it doesn't break so they decide to leave it and quit their road trip.
Climax
The highest point of tension is when the family members hear knocking from their car truck. While going to the truck they notice an unusual box. Which was not placed the day before without knowing what it is, they get irritated by the knocking and decide to open the box. While trying to open it They almost get hit by another car going full speed.
Characters
Jasmine
Jasmine is the only daughter also is the person driving the car AGE: 19
Dad & Mom
They play a vital role, because they hear the weird noise and decide to quit the road trip and go back home.
