Depression, anxiety and quality of life measures were assessed using the Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ) depression module (PHQ-9)9, General Anxiety Disorder Questionnaire (GAD-7)10 and Short Form-36 (SF-36) survey11. Cognitive function was assessed using the Montreal Cognitive Asessment (MoCA).
